Booking and Rental Agreements
Submitting an inquiry, requesting a quote, or communicating with PicBooth AZ through this Website does not reserve an event date.
A reservation is confirmed only after all of the following have occurred:
• A Rental Agreement has been signed by all required parties.
• Any required booking retainer has been received.
• Written confirmation has been provided by PicBooth AZ.
Dates remain available for booking until these requirements have been completed.
If any conflict exists between these Website Terms and a signed Rental Agreement, the signed Rental Agreement shall control.
Deposits and Refunds
Booking retainers are non refundable except where required by applicable law.
Refunds for additional payments, cancellations, postponements, or event changes are governed exclusively by the signed Rental Agreement executed at the time of booking.
